How it works:

1. Fill out Forms located here
2. Fax or email completed forms to us
3. Email up to 6 pics to us
4. You come pick a sign up OR order a post from one of our providers and they will install the post and sign for you
5. You will be on the MLS within 1 business day of us receiving your forms

Is there really no listing fee?

There is NO FEE and no hidden charges, we charge nothing up front and nothing at close of escrow if you qualify for our free MLS listing program. Per MLS guidelines, sellers have to offer buyer's agents compenssation, this can be any amount you choose, and can be a percentage or a flat fee, although we strongly recommend 3%, the choice is entirely yours. If there is no buyer's agent then you will pay no commission.

How can we offer this?

When a typical seller pays a "full fee" listing agent a fee of 6%*, half that fee is used to pay the buyer's agent. We realize that most people who sell a home will be buying another home. If you allow us to represent you in the purchase of your next home, we can sell your current home for free. Not buying another home, don't worry, we still offer the exact same program for only $295. more details.

The other reason we can do this is the advertising. We require that every listing has one of our signs up, and we imagine one day having at least one of our signs up in every neighborhood in town. When a buyer calls on one of our signs they're prompted to enter the listing number on the sign which will be unique for each home. The prospective buyer will hear a recorded message about the home and have the option to be directly connected to the owner of the home. The owner will receive an email with the prospective buyers phone number once the caller hangs up. This eliminates the need to have flyers.
