Once you've sent the form in we will contact you within 24 hours with a proof. If you have photos that you'd like on the MLS, please email us the photos. The standard listing comes with 6 or you can upgrade to 25. Please keep the emails under 8 Mbs, if your photos are larger, please split them into multiple emails.

Page 1 has to be signed, pages 2-6 must be initialed and returned, even if blank. You can write description in email/word instead of hand writing and email it to Info@NoFeeListing.com
- Listing Agreement
Please initial box 4 and initial the bottom of all 3 pages and sign page 3.
- Listing Addendum
Please fill in the commission offered to the buyer's agent. This can be any amount from a flat fee to a percentage. The fee can NOT be 0, but it can be any other number or percentage. We strongly recommend 3%.
